This is a lovely Vintage Italian 18k gold, sapphire & diamond dome shape ring. The ring features three natural sapphire and two diamonds with alternating geometric setting. It is a beautiful piece, the stones have a very nice quality with a deep color of blue sapphire. It is hallmarked 750.
