Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping within the continental US for all orders. Ships from New York, NY. We offer international shipping as calculated by Shopify (see below). Your item will be packed with extreme care and will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week. Please contact us directly if you need an order by a certain date. 

All sales are final. As a small business with unique inventory, returns and exchanges are not accepted.  

International Shipping & Duties 
International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place), which means the price you pay at checkout covers the item and shipping only. It does not include any import duties, customs charges, VAT/GST, or carrier brokerage and handling fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are set by your country's customs authority, not by us, and are collected from you by the carrier (such as DHL, FedEx, or your national postal service) before or at delivery. As the recipient, you are the importer of record and are responsible for paying them.

We cannot calculate or quote these amounts in advance, as they vary by country, declared value, item category, and current rates. If you'd like an estimate before ordering, please check with your local customs authority or contact us and we'll share the declared value and item details we'll use on the customs form.

Refusing a parcel or failing to pay duties does not qualify as a return. If a shipment is returned to us as refused or unclaimed, any shipping, duty, and return costs incurred will be deducted before any consideration of a refund, subject to our all-sales-final policy.
