All sales are final. As a small business dealing in unique vintage and estate pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Notice for European Union Customers
Notwithstanding the above, customers located in the European Union are entitled to statutory rights under EU Directive 2023/2673 and applicable consumer protection law. These rights are summarized below and are provided solely to the extent required by law.
Right of Withdrawal EU customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in their order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must submit a withdrawal request through your account before the withdrawal period expires.
Conditions Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition — unworn, unmodified, and in original packaging where applicable. We reserve the right to deduct from any refund an amount reflecting any diminished value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been custom-made, personalized, or modified to your specifications — including but not limited to rings or other pieces that have been resized or otherwise altered at your request.
