Antique French 18k gold hand fist long guard slide chain. This chain is gorgeous! Made in France around 1860-1880 with beautiful and shiny handmade boxy link, catching the light beautifully. The chain is 28 inch long (double strand) with an engraved hand clasp and a moving working slide. The hand is exquisitely made, it holds a spoon and a little bell hangs from it. This is a rare treasure, a collectable piece representing a piece of French jewelry history dating back to the Napoleon III era. The chain is in fantastic condition and is versatile due to the length, it allows different lengths and style.
