Antique 18k gold ring made of an old Swiss 10 Francs coin (in 22k gold) with the initial MH engraved on the back. The ring has a beautiful smooth oval dome shape, very comfortable to wear. It is engraved with the date 1922 on the back. It is hallmarked 750 with the makers initial.
